The Sindh Public Service Commission (SPSC) has decided to re-conduct the Combined Competitive Examination (CCE) 2023 screening test.

The exam was regarded as null and void. This decision was made following a review meeting, where it was determined that only a small number of candidates met the 50% passing threshold.**

In a subsequent meeting on August 22, 2024, at the SPSC’s Karachi regional office, the commission reviewed the implications of the test results.

They expressed concerns that if the results were not annulled, there would be an insufficient number of qualified candidates to progress to the next stages of the examination process.

The commission has encouraged all candidates to intensify their preparations to meet the required standards in the rescheduled test.

The initial screening test for the Combined Competitive Examination (CCE) 2023 had attracted a total of 27,060 candidates. To accommodate this large number of applicants, the Sindh Public Service Commission (SPSC) had set up examination centers in Karachi, Sukkur, Hyderabad, and Larkana.
