Malaysia’s newly elected Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim recently delighted onlookers by spontaneously singing a beloved Bollywood song during his visit to New Delhi, India.

The incident occurred at a Delhi hotel, where Prime Minister Ibrahim was staying during his official state visit. Footage shared on social media shows the 75-year-old leader energetically belting out the classic song “Dost Dost Na Raha” from the 1982 Bollywood film Sangam.

Dressed casually in a white shirt, Ibrahim can be seen singing along to the song, much to the delight of the small audience gathered around him.

The impromptu performance was met with cheers and applause from the crowd.
