The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has eased the apostille legalisation services by listing five courier companies for the delivery of documents.

This new initiative aims to facilitate applicants by allowing them to submit their documents through courier companies, including Gerry’s International, Leopards Courier Service, Excellent Courier Services, M&P Express Logistics, and TCS.

“The service charges and delivery rates for these courier services have been standardised and are now available in a comprehensive table,” it said in a post on X.

Applicants can choose from options such as office-to-office collection or door-to-door step delivery, with rates varying based on the document’s destination and the number of documents submitted.

The ministry has also provided a detailed breakdown of the apostille fees for different types of documents, including personal, educational, legal, and commercial documents.
