A hand grenade explosion at a wedding ceremony in the Ghoz Garhi Maqbal area of Kuram district has left 19 people injured, including children.

According to police, the incident occurred late last night during a wedding celebration at a house in the border region.

The grenade detonated with a loud blast, injuring 19 people, including children.

The injured were immediately transported to the Tehsil Headquarters Hospital in Sadda. Doctors have reported that most of the injured are in stable condition.

Police are currently investigating the incident.
