Karachi’s suburbs have received much-needed relief from the scorching heat as thunderstorms and rain swept through the area.

Reports indicate that the rain has brought a pleasant change to the weather in areas like Gadap, Bahria Town, and DHA City.

The Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) had previously predicted that temperatures in several cities across Sindh could reach 42 to 46 degrees Celsius.

The city of Karachi experienced high humidity levels in the morning, which further intensified with the rising temperatures.

The temperature in Karachi has reached 41 degrees Celsius today, but the heat feels like 46 degrees due to the high humidity.
