The donkey's legs had been broken

A donkey that was brutally tortured in Hyderabad, Sindh, has died in Karachi while undergoing treatment.

The injured animal had been receiving care at a shelter in Karachi for the past few days.

The shelter administration confirmed the donkey’s passing on social media, expressing their grief over the animal’s suffering. They emphasized the need for everyone in Pakistan to stand up for the welfare of animals.

The donkey, they said, experienced love and care during its final days.

The poor animal’s legs were broken due to the abuse. The perpetrator was arrested, and a case was registered against him.

Another donkey mutilated in Rawalpindi after straying into farm

The donkey was transported to the CDRS Benji Shelter Home in Karachi for treatment.

This incident follows two other recent cases of animal abuse.

In one case, a man in Sanghar severed a camel’s leg after it entered his fields.

In another incident, a donkey that was left free to drink water after harvesting wheat in the Rawalpindi area had its ear cut off by an influential individual.
