Ishaq Dar to visit Jordan for Gazan conference
Pakistani deputy prime minister and foreign minister Ishaq Dar will conduct a two-day high-level conference on Gaza in Jordan from June 10 to 11.
The conference is titled “Call for Action: Urgent Humanitarian Response for Gaza.”
This meeting will recognize and develop a response to handle the Gaza situation regarding humanitarian support.
Pakistan foreign office spokesperson Mumtaz Zahra Baloch stated that Dar will lead the conference, which Jordan King Abdullah II ibn Al Hussein of the Hashemite, Egypt president Abdel Fattah Al-Sisi and United Nations secretary-general António Guterres organize.
“Pakistan’s participation in the conference underscores its continued commitment to peace and stability in the Middle East and its firm and longstanding support for the Palestinian cause,” she added.

Baloch stated that Dar will conduct bilateral meetings with other counterparts of participating countries.
