A young girl has died in a private hospital in Gulberg, Karachi, with the family accusing a doctor of negligence. The doctors reportedly fled the hospital after the family protested the child’s death.

According to the family, the deceased girl, Aira, was taken to the hospital at 10 am yesterday due to dehydration.

They claim that they were not informed of the child’s death for two hours and that she was administered the wrong injection, leading to her demise.

Police have taken the doctor and the hospital administrator into custody.
