Inspector General Azad Kashmir, Sohail Habib Tajik, has been removed from his position, and Abdul Jabbar, a grade 20 officer, has been appointed in his place.

Abdul Jabbar, prior to the notification, was serving as the Director of the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) Islamabad Zone.

In addition, Deputy IG Operations Shahzad Nadeem Bukhari has also been transferred, and a notification has been issued in this regard.

According to the notification, Shahzad Nadeem Bukhari’s services have been handed back to the FIA.
