A new report has revealed that the vehicle carrying Chinese engineers that was targeted in Besham was not properly secured against such an attack.

The report, sent by police to the Federal Government, said that the bus was not bulletporrf or bomb proof.

The report has also added that the bus had fallen 300 feet down a ravine after being targeted. The other bus in the convoy was atleast 15 feet away from the bus that was targeted.

Police has also gathered pieces of the car driven by the suicide bomber that was rammed into the convoy of engineers.

Authorities have also completed aerial imaging of the attack site.

A suicide bombing on a convoy of Chinese engineers in Besham had killed at least five people on March 26. The bus was carrying the engineers to the Dasu hydropower project site.
