Police has arrested two men after recovering a child bound in chains in a shop in Lahore on Friday.

The action was taken after a video of the child went viral on social media. In the video, two men can be seen beating up the child. The child is only 12 years old.

Police arrested shopkeepers Adnan and Farooq after raiding the shop.

SP Ikhlaqullah Tarar said that the incident is being investigated from all angles.

Initial investigations say that the child had been put in chains to prevent him from leaving the shop.
