An earthquake shook Quetta in the early hours of Tuesday, leading to citizens temporarily evacuating homes for their safety..
According to the National Seismic Monitoring Centre, the earthquake recored a magnitude of 5.4 on the Richter scale.
The earthquake occurred at a depth of 35 kilometres at an epicentre about 150 km south west of Quetta.
