Multiple cities in Punjab shaken by earthquake
The earthquake registered a 4.3 magnitude
Multiple cities in central Punjab were shaken by an earthquake on Monday afternoon.
According to the National Seismic Monitoring Centre, the earthquake had a magnitude of 4.3 on the Richter scale.
The earthquake originated at a depth of 45 km and its region was defined as 5 km south of Sheikhupura.
The earthquake was felt in Sheikhupura and Lahore as well as Kasur and Pattoki.
While panic spread in the population, no loss of life or property has been reported so far.
