At least two policemen injured in explosion in KP’s South Waziristan
At least two policemen were injured in an explosion near a police vehicle in Wana Rustom market in South Waziristan on Tuesday.
The police arrived at the scene and cordoned off the area. The cause of the explosion has not been determined as police initiated an investigation into the blast.
This is the second blast in two days in Wana as two bystanders sustained injuries after a grenade attack near a police official’s car in Lower Wanna town a day earlier.
According to police, SHO Wana police station Raza Ullah was travelling on Bypass Road in his vehicle when the explosion occurred.
