Blast in Quetta injures 5 people
The blast occurred in a garbage heap
A blast struck Quetta just before noon on Wednesday, with authorities saying five people had been injured.
According to police, the blast took place in a garbage dump near Sajid Hospital on Zarghoon road.
Commissioner Quetta Division Hamza Shafqaat confirmed that the blast had taken place and said five people had been injured. He also requested people to stop travelling to Zarghoon road.
Police have investigations but the nature of the blast remains unknown.
