Pakistan stocks close in red zone as KSE-100 sheds 531 points
The Pakistan Stock Exchange closed bearish on Tuesday as negative sentiments prevailed in the market owing to political instability in the country.
The benchmark KSE-100 Index shed 531.91 points or 0.83% to settle at 63,737.46 levels at the closing of the trading session.
The KSE-30 Index shed 192.50 points or 0.89% to reach 21,355.91 at the closing of the market.
The bourse began the day on a bearish note with the loss of over 500 points in the opening hours of trading.
It remained volatile throughout the trading session, ending the the sencod trading session of the week on a negative note.
