PTI leader Eman Tahir arrested from Peshawar High Court
The PTI leader was arrested immediately after being granted bail
Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf leader Emaan Tahir was arrested from outside Peshawar High Court on Wendesday.
Tahir had arrived at the the Peshawar High Court to obatin protective bail. The court had granted her bail and ordered her to submit surety bonds worth Rs200,000.
However, as soon as she exited the court after receiving the written order, she was arrested.
She is the daughter of Major (retired) Tahir Sadiq, a former PTI MNA from Attock.
