The Leyja region located in the city of Neom, Saudi Arabia has emerged as an amazing tourist destination with luxurious facilities of stay in hotels constructed by Chris van Duijn, Shaun Killa, and Mario Cucinella, the world’s renowned architects.

The Kingdom is developing Leyja, located in an ancient valley overhung by 400m tall mountains of Neom, as a modern resort, yet preserving nature.

The development plan focuses on natural beauty, as 95% of its area will remain untouched by incorporating innovative ecological designs and construction techniques.

All three hotels constructed in Leyja will provide 120 boutique rooms and suites. One will cater to adventurous guests with its harmonised topography, the second will serve as a gateway to explore Leyja and the third will act as a wellness retreat.

Leyja offers various experiences and activities, including fine dining, rooftop, infinity-style pools, hiking, and mountain biking.

Chris van Duijn’s ascending staircase wall encourages adventurers to experience the surrounding area, the unique design starts at the peak of the mountain and goes to the ground.

Shaun Killa’s design assists the valley in a persisting natural look with a prolonged mirror, aiming for well-being.

Mario Cucinella’s architecture is a captivating entry point for venturing into and exploring the valley, extending beyond.

Upon completion, Leyja will offer many more various experiences and activities.
