An Italian tourist allegedly died by suicide in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa’s Peshawar on Monday, police said.

The tourist was identified as Joshua Moises Vargas, they added.

According to the police, the deceased was residing in a private housing society in the jurisdiction of Nasir Bagh police station.

Vargas was issued a tourist visa on October 9 and arrived in Peshawar’s Bacha Khan International Airport on October 18.
