Nawaz Sharif signed to restore appeals in Al-Azizia and Avenfield cases
PML-N leader Nawaz Sharif consulted with the legal team on his arrival at Islamabad airport and also signed the petitions to revive the appeals in the Avenfield and Al-Azizia references.
Leader of PML-N Nawaz Sharif has returned home after 4 years. On arrival in Islamabad, he was accompanied by Irfan Siddiqui and personal physician Dr. Adnan, besides a large number of journalists and league leaders.
Even before the arrival of Nawaz Sharif, the legal team of PML-N reached Islamabad Airport, the legal team had prepared a request to revive the appeals against his sentence.
The legal team consisted of Barrister Zafarullah Khan, Azam Nazir Tarar, and Amjad Parvez among others. As soon as Nawaz Sharif got off the plane, he reached the airport lounge, where the legal team was waiting for him.
Nawaz Sharif’s immigration process was completed and his passport was stamped to enter Pakistan, after which the lawyers signed Nawaz Sharif’s petitions to restore appeals in the Avenfield and Al-Azizia references.
