Police killed two terrorists late on Saturday night after a checkpost was attacked in Mianwali. A head constable was martyred while trying to defend the post.

The terrorists attacked a police check post in Kundal from two sides simultaneously. However, the police were already on high alert and responded immediately.

According to Punjab’s inspector general, the attackers spent a long time trying to capture the building but the efforts of the police ultimately foiled the attack.
