Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) which filed a review petition against the Faizabad Sit-in case decision in the Supreme Court demanded the implementation of the decision.

PTI had withdrawn its review petition on Wednesday at the beginning of the hearing of the petitions filed in this regard in the Supreme Court.

The hearing was conducted by a three-member bench headed by Chief Justice Qazi Faez Isa.

Shoaib Shaheen, a member of the PTI legal team, said in the Geo News program ‘Aaj Shahzeb Khanzada ke Saath’ last night that the Faizabad Sit-in case decision is in accordance with the constitution and the law, which should be approved and implemented. He said that action should be taken against Faiz Hameed as well.

Lawyer Shoaib Shaheen said that in the Faizabad Sit-in revision case, PTI’s lawyer Ali Zafar and I along with Hamid Khan’s group were already in favor of Qazi Faiz Isa’s decision.

He admitted that PTI made mistakes for which the party is suffering.

In response to the question, who had made the revision appeal? Shoaib Shaheen refrained from giving a clear answer and said that he does not have the details but the decision is in accordance with the constitution and law, it should be approved and implemented.
