Nepali Singer becomes a fan of Babar Azam
Nepali singer Trishala Gurung, who received fame after performing in the inauguration ceremony of Asia Cup 2023, has become a great fan of the captain of the national cricket team Babar Azam and applauded him on his leadership skills.
She also revealed that she was preparing two patriotic songs, and expressed wishes to perform these songs before the audience in Pakistan, especially in Lahore and Islamabad.
In her praise of Babar, she said that players like him are born once in a century.
Trishala believes that after singing in Pakistan, her fame has risen, and now people are willing to meet her and ask for her autograph.
She also said that being offered to sing in the Asia Cup was a surprising offer for her and after that, she was invited from India to cast a spell of her voice.
She also applauded Pakistani singers and mentioned that the country has a number of priceless vocalists, including the late singer Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan, as well as Aima Baig, Ali Zafar, Atif Aslam, and others.
Earlier, in an interview with BBC, she said she couldn’t stop herself from talking about Pakistan’s hospitality, praising Pakistan’s food, culture and even language which she terms as a ‘bucket of good words’.
