Former CPLC chief Ahmed Chinoy survives road accident
Accident occurred in city’s DHA area
Former Citizens Police Liaison Committee, Sindh chief Ahmed Chinoy survived an accident when an unidentified car hit his vehicle in the DHA area on Wednesday night.
The accident occurred in the Khayaban-e-Shaheen area of the DHA.
Chinoy said in a statement that the person who hit the vehicle managed to escape.
Chinoy served as the CPLC chief in 2015.
The CPLC was set up in 1989 with the aim of solving problems faced by residents of Karachi, where vehicle theft, kidnappings and extortion is the order of the day.
