The growing drama industry has highlighted a number of issues through the years, but a big chunk is yet to be explored and this is where AAJ Entertainment’s new drama series ‘Taaluq’ steps in.

The new drama series is set to hit screens twice a week later in June at the 8pm slot on Aaj Entertainment. The drama highlights taboo topics in society, which are not often discussed or neglected.

In our society, the unit of the family is a bed of roses that is irrigated by the husband and wife together, but usually, the woman has to suffer a lot in this ‘relationship’ because there are many personal responsibilities and rights and duties of this delicate relationship.

A woman is not allowed to complain and is instructed to keep her mouth shut, otherwise, she is considered indifferent that she cannot keep her husband’s honor and veil. Religion and law give him the right to divorce, but the one who does so gets contempt in return.

Taaluq is full of such twists and turns revolving around a newlywed couple. However, this is not a hackneyed plot.

The story revolves around a newlywed couple, the challenges they face from early in their relationship, and then how a discussion between them about their physical well-being turns out to be damaging to their bonding. The story will unfold primarily how the wife takes the courage to understand her rights in the marriage and speaks about it and how society reacts to it.
