Tremors were felt in Islamabad and parts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Punjab, it emerged on Monday.
The magnitude of the earthquake was recorded at 5.2 on the Richter scale, the epicenter of the seismograph. The epicentre of the earthquake was 91 kilometers underground in Upper Dir, KP.
Shocks were felt in Peshawar, Mardan, Swabi, Dir, Malakand, Abbottabad, Swat, Haripur, Attock, and Dera Ismail Khan.
