PTI chief Imran Khan has decided to join the national-graft buster’s investigation into accusations of receiving land worth millions of dollars as a bribe from a real estate tycoon through a charitable trust, Al-Qadir Trust case.

“Through your call up notice dated 16-05-2023, you have called me to join the investigation at Islamabad on 19th May, 2023. This is to intimate you that I shall be in Islamabad on 23-05-2023, inter alia, to pursue a number of pre-arrest bails pending in the courts at Islamabad, and shall be free from the courts to join the investigation by 11am,” said in his response to NAB’s call up notice.

Khan and others are accused of misusing their authority as public officeholders in aiding and abetting the illegal transfer of 190 pounds million for personal gains.
