Red alert issued in Islamabad
Anti-riot police has been told to stay ready for any situation
A red alert was issued in Islamabad on Tuesday afternoon with all police stations in the city being instructed to stay prepared to deal with any untoward situation.
Orders have been issued to concentrate police contingents in every police station. A total of 1,000 officials have been told to stay alert.
The anti-riot force of the police has been supplied with fresh tear gas as well.
