Singer Aima Baig has announced she and her fiancé have decided to go their separate ways. She posted on her instagram story earlier Friday.

“Yes, I will always respect this person for giving me a good time,” Aima shared in a statement on social media. “But we are both doing good and fine, so don’t worry,” the singer added.

“I wanted to do it in the most respectful way and so I did. People can choose their ways of expressing their feelings, which define who they are from the inside. That’s me telling the truth to anyone wondering they are or they are not together. And the answer is, nope. Me and Shahbaz are not together anymore.” Aima ended her statement with, “PS: No more ‘feeling sorry texts’ please! We are doing just fine.”

Aima deleted the story a few hours after posting it.

Fans only began to speculate when they removed each other’s images from their social media sites. A clear indicator of a breakup in the modern era is the removal of your significant other’s images from your account.

Actors Hania Aamir and Ali Rehman Khan were present when the pair got engaged in July of last year. The former pair was open about their feelings and frequently shared adoring posts about one another on social media.
