Faisalabad: Former premier and Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf chairperson, Imran Khan, has addressed a gathering, during which he asked the public whether they were beggars to be seeking alms for the last 32 years.

While talking on Friday about the by-polls due in 20 constituencies of Punjab on July 17, Imran said his party will win “this match”.

“I congratulate you in advance.”

He added “I will not let these thieves take away Rs1100 billion. Will fight these thieves till the last ball.”

The former premier said the nation is aware there was a foreign conspiracy in Pakistan.

“Eighty thousand Pakistanis died in the US war. Our people are being martyred to date because of this war.”

He said the sitting leader bowed down over one phone call.

“We do not want enmity with anyone, we only want cordial ties. [But] we will not accept slavery at any cost.”

He said, “US knew I would not let my nation fall for slavery. US likes those who polish boots.”
