Former Prime Minister and PML-N leader Nawaz Sharif has called on the government to facilitate Pervez Musharraf if he wanted to return to Pakistan.

“I have no personal enmity or animosity towards Pervez Musharraf,” PML-N supremo said in a tweet, adding that he did not want anyone else to suffer the same traumas he had to endure for his loved ones.

“I pray to Allah Almighty for his health,” He added.

Earlier military’s spokesperson in an interview had said that military leadership believed that Musharraf should return back to the country, adding that arrangements could be made for his return but the decision was upto his family.

Musharraf, former military ruler, was ill and was suffering from a rare disease ‘Amyloidosis’, his family said on Friday adding that he had been hospitalized for three weeks.
