A case was filed in Lahore's Saddar police station against three people for beating two women in acharged with robbery at the behest of the investigation officer in police station premises, reported Dawn.

The incident was filmed by a constable on duty in which one can see a woman beating the two accused women on Monday. The video posted on social media

On a complaint the police took action and booked the three accused, namely constable Ayesha Shahzadi — who filmed the incident — Inspector Haider Ali — who directed the officer to beat the women — and Sajida Bibi — a woman who was hired to beat the accused in robbery case.

The police arrested Sajida Bibi and suspended Ali and Shahzadi.
