Gill attacks Bilawal on US visit after ‘no protocol’ photo goes viral
Special Assistant to the Prime Minister Dr. Shahbaz Gill posted a photo of PPP Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari sitting on a bench during his visit to the US, claiming Zardari is “looking for a job.”
“This gentleman acts like he is a Crown Prince here. But this is how he is looking for a job in the United States, on corners and benches. This happens when the only thing on your ‘CV’ is a ‘Parchi’,” he said in the caption.
Zardari is dressed in casual western wear but it's not clear where he's seated.
A Twitter user posted a full photo in reply to Gill’s tweet, stating that Bilawal will be giving an honorary lecture on politics at Princeton University.
Aaj could not independently confirm where this photo was taken or by who.
Since news of Zardari's trip to the United States broke, members of the government have speculated on his visit. While the PPP chairman said it was a personal visit, Gill accused him of intending to “strike a deal for power.”
Federal Minister for Information and Broadcasting Fawad Chaudhry also commented on Zardari’s trip stating that he “ran away” during election campaigns in Azad Kashmir and expected Maryam Nawaz to also do so shortly.
