Governor Punjab Chaudhry Muhammad Sarwar met with Member of the US Congress Eddie Bernice Johnson in United States on Monday.

During the meeting, Eddie Bernice acknowledged Pakistan's efforts to eradicate terrorism and bringing peace in the region.

She said the United States gives value to Pakistan's role in the peace process of Afghanistan.

Governor Punjab on the occasion stressed the need for resolution of Palestine and Kashmir issues for world peace.

He said India and Israel are committing the worst human rights violations in the illegally occupied Kashmir and Palestine respectively.
