PM Imran decides to seek vote of confidence from parliament, says Qureshi
ISLAMABAD: Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi has said that Prime Minister Imran Khan has decided to seek vote of confidence from parliament.
Addressing a press conference, Shah Mehmood Qureshi said that the female members in Islamabad won by a majority, the general seat was bought and sold on a large scale, and every tactic was used in Gilani's victory.
Shah Mehmood Qureshi further said that in the last election we lost 20 members, we want to get rid of buying and selling forever, buying and selling from open ballot will end.
He further said that the contradiction in the words and deeds of the opposition has become clear, the matter of open ballot has been referred to the High Court, the court informed the Election Commission of its constitutional responsibilities.
Shah Mehmood Qureshi further said that the Election Commission said that time is short, it is a pity that the Election Commission did not meet its standards, the traders traded their consciences in the name of democracy, in the end victory will be for truth.
