COVID-19 is still wreaking havoc in several states of the United States. It's been almost ten months since the first novel coronavirus infection was confirmed in the country. The country has been ravaged by the viral disease since then. But the most worrying fact is that even after the passing of all this time, the number of daily cases is still rising in many states.

President Donald Trump and his administration have faced severe criticism due to their absolute failure in the containment of the virus. Politicizing the coronavirus during the election campaigns didn't help the Americans one bit in their fight against COVID. But the positive news is that President-Elect Joe Biden has made his intentions clear that he will be making coronavirus a priority once he is sworn in as the President. Also, the successful trials of coronavirus vaccines are a ray of hope for 330 million Americans.
