Phase 2 of Ehsaas Undergraduate Scholarship 2020 is about to open, this scholarship is meant for deserving undergraduate students who wish to continue their education.

HEC will start accepting applications for Ehsaas Undergraduate Scholarships Phase-11(2) from 5 September 2020 today

About Ehsaas Scholarship Program

Ehsaas Scholarship was started in in 2019, a total number of 200,000 scholarships will be provided with 50,000 scholarships each year with a 50% scholarships quota reserved only for girls.

The Ehsaas Scholarship is Pakistan’s most extensive need-based scholarship program. The scholarship program aims to support needy students or students from Remote and Disadvantaged Areas.

Documents Required

The following documents will be required for Ehsaas Undergraduate

  • Scholarship 2020: Copy of CNIC
  • Copy of Father CNIC
  • Sallery slip/Income Certificate of Father
  • If Father is labourer on Daily wages/Shopkeeper/ private job etc then attach undertaking of income certificate on minimum amount of 50 RS stamp paper
  • Copied of Last six Months utility Bills( Electricity,Gas,Telephone)
  • copy of rent agreement in case of Rented House
  • Copies of last Fee receipt of applicant and Siblings
  • Copies of Medical Bills/ Expenditure related Documents(If applicable)
  • 01 passport size photograph of the Applicant
  • 01 picture of House from Outside front

How to Apply

All students are required to apply through https://ehsaas.hec.gov.pk/ online system and SUBMIT the application form.

  • Applications should not be sent to HEC or Bisp directly.
  • Completed forms along with necessary documents can also be submitted to the Financial Aid Office of the respective university.
  • Incomplete application form in any respect will be rejected.
  • The Institutional Scholarship Award Committee of the universities will interview/ recommend potential applicants for the award of scholarship.
  • Scholarship awardees will be asked to sign a deed of agreement on a stamp paper.
  • Awarded scholarship is not transferable to any other university/ academic program/ academic session.
  • Scholarship funding shall continue for next semester/ year subject to satisfactory academic performance.
