PM decides not to use Indian airspace for Malaysia tour
PM Imran Khan has decided not to use Indian airspace while traveling to Malaysia which will increase the during of flight by four hours.
According to details, PM Imran Khan, who will embark on a two-day official tour of Malaysia on Monday, the premier will fly to Malaysian via China and the flight will take extra four to five hours to reach the destination.
The decision comes amid tense relations between both countries. The bilateral ties further heightened after an aerial skirmish when Pakistan Air Forces shoot down an Indian fighter jet roaming in the country’s premises last year.
During the visit, the two Prime Ministers would have tête-à-tête, followed by delegation-level talks. They will witness the signing of important agreements and MoUs, and have joint press stakeout.
