Cyclonic storm Kyarr, which developed in the east-central Arabian Sea, has affected coastal belt near Karachi.

Seawater also entered the course and parking of DHA Golf Club and the area comprising the Boat Club, according to reports.

President Golf Club Association said that due to seawater, hole no. 7 and 8 of the golf club were severely affected.

The cyclonic storm has also affected people in Ibrahim Hyderi and Rehri Goth where people have been asked to evacuate their houses.

Weather advisory stated that the lower Sindh and Makran are expected to receive rainfall from October 28 to 30.
