LAHORE: A delegation of Pakistan Goods Transport Association (PGTA) on Monday met with Commisioner Lahore Division Abdullah Khan Sumbal for redressal of their issues.

The commissioner constituted a committee comprising of members of police, traffic police, Ring Road police, secretary RTA, MCL, goods association, assistant commissioner concerned and Customs officials.

He asked the committee to submit their recommendations within a week.

The commissioner said that the administration was putting efforts to provide maximum facilities to goods transport associations, adding that their issues would be resolved at the earliest. –APP
