Add a teaspoon of a coconut oil into boiling water cooking a half cup of rice for good 40 minutes. Later, put rice into fridge for 12 hours. The fat of coconut oil will make rice's digestible starch into resistant starch. Also, keeping it in refrigerator make conversion to resistant starch.
