WEB DESK: Bristish-Pakistani boxer Aamir Khan on Friday announced split with wife Faryal Makhdoom through his official twitter. 

The sportsman is currently visiting Dubai. He tweeted about their decision, he wrote,"So me and the wife Faryal have agreed to split. I'm currently in Dubai. Wish her all the best."

In a thread of tweets, he also mentioned,"Left my family and friends for this Faryal. I'm not hurt but another fighter. I'm making it public. You getting the divorce."

Later on Friday evening, Faryal Makhdoom claimed that their social media accounts have been hacked from her Snap chat story. Plus, her tweets regarding the split had been removed too.

However, Haroon, Aamir's younger brother posted a video clip where the boxer is seen confirming the news of their split that all the tweets posted on Friday were true and his account had not been hacked.
