WEB DESK: We all have certain habits that have developed long ago and now it is nearly impossible to change them. But, it is true that your habits might be damaging your health. Hence, it is better to work on those habits than regretting later. 

Here is a list of such habits find out yours along with solution.

Sitting in correct posture

The way you sit on chair directly links to your health. Believe it or not, sitting in correct posture interlinks with symmetrical position of all the body organs. Everyone has to take care of their spine and they should adjust chairs and monitors according to it. You should height chair in correspond with the thigh length. The seat of it should be firm. Most importantly, the back of your chair must fit your spine.

Eating at your work desk

Eating at work desk isn't the most ideal place. Since it has huge amount of bacteria that may affect digestion. More, the smell of food may distract your coworker. Plus, we need to relax your mind between work hours, eating quickly at work desk won't let it happen and it also impedes brain to concentrate on consuming it.

Drinking lots of water

Yes, drinking water is healthy but drinking lots of it isn't. If you are sportive you should drink more but if your daily routine doesn't require this, you should not consume it excessively.

Wearing poor quality sunglasses

We all love to shop and saving money at the same time. However, buying cheap quality sunglasses isn't a smart choice because manufacturers use cheap plastic and it can't protect your eyes from UV. Moreover, such shading makes pupil dilate and in result it receives double dose of ultraviolet which is more dangerous than not wearing sunglasses at all.

Crossing your legs

Sitting with cross legs isn't a healthy option at all. In fact, back in 1999 a food complement manufacturing company brought this issue in notice and launched a campaign in US called, The Great Cross-Out. However, there are multiple studies that suggests that sitting with cross legs can cause hypertension, varicose, veins, and nerve damage.
