These signs can determine if you have high blood sugar

If you have diabetes already, there are chances of high blood sugar - here are some symptoms that you should memorize and visit your doctor immediately if you have experience any of these.

Everything is blurry

Everything looks blurry when sugar in your blood becomes high. It swells the eye lens which make your vision blur. However, your vision should get normal when blood sugar go down to normal. If you are a diabetic, go for eye sight examination frequently as even a slight mistake could make you regret greatly.

Scrapes and bruises are sticking around

It also slows the healing process in body. Also, high sugar in blood makes arteries stiffen, causes narrowing of blood vessels along with this it decreases blood flow in the body. Moreover, this condition also impedes blood to reach to wounds and it takes time to heal those wounds.

You lose weight

Although shredding extra pounds is kind of an achievement and a positive aspect but weight loss due to high blood sugar isn't considered healthy. Your body start to burn fats instead of using glucose for energy because you loose greater amount of glucose through urine. If you are experiencing weight loss without making any chances or any efforts, it could be due to high blood sugar.

You could use a nap

You may feel tired more frequently while having higher sugar levels in blood because it makes body waste larger amount of glucose. It is not healthy to go for carbohydrate filled snacks to boost your lowered energy as it will only increase sugar levels dangerously hence, avoid it.
