WEB DESK: Every child is different and it is often observed that even siblings have diverse attributes and personalities. However, parents want their children to be successful in whatever they do. Some children are really tough to manage but they progress after being after efforts of their elders of guardians whereas some kids are God gifted. They don't really any major guidance. Plus, they pick many things on their own and within less time, in most cases.

Genius or intelligent children learn patterns, simple colors or shapes quickly and not just that repeated actions and activities catch their eyes too. Niranjan Reddy, Ph.D, from Superbaby suggests that,"Gifted children notice everything, from which bus passes the house after breakfast time to how many bricks can fit inside the toy trunk. They are very good at observing and remembering key information."

Curiosity about the world

If your kid is extremely interested in world around him, he is surely a genius. These children have immense curiosity and they like to inquire about everything from every single mammals individual eating habits to insisting on knowing exactly how the toaster works.

One very interesting fact about intelligent kids is that they usually take special interest in subject they like the most. And, they love to gather every possible information about it. Hence, they usually have complete knowledge about that particular thing, animal or subject. According to a article published in Science Daily, "A prodigy is someone who, by the age of roughly 11, displays expert proficiency or a profound grasp of the fundamentals in a field usually only undertaken by adults."

Preferring the company of adults or older peers

If your child likes talking to adults, feel good about it as he/she must be a gifted child. Also, smart children don't find it interesting to sit in class and repeat what teacher explains. They like to do more, explore more and therefore, they find it more enjoyable to sit and talk with older peers and adults.

Focus and determination

Intelligent children have this habit of sticking to a task until its done whether it is smaller or bigger one. Founder and Ceo of Tutorbright, Sunny Verma adds,"Gifted children typically have an amazing sense of focus. When given a task, they tend to work on it without distractions until completion. TV, video games, and social media do not divert their attention, allowing them to finish with efficiency."

Leadership skills

Gifted children are also blessed with maturity and organizational skills and therefore it is easier for them to lead other kids. Sunny Verma,"Typically can take charge to find the most effective solution. They also self-regulate their performance making them always look for ways to improve—a desirable trait of leaders regardless of age. Because of this ability, they usually can lead their peers, as they have more confidence in their sense of direction and experience in taking charge."
