But, there are some of these regular habits that are not suitable for human health and the bitter truth is that we have become so used to them and it is now impossible to reshape them. Â

Preventing yourself from sneezing
Many of us prevent ourselves from sneezing which is damaging for health as in this way our intracranial pressure get higher. The flow of blood to our brains is disrupted. Preventing sneezes also compressed our blood vessels and nervous tissue. This overall situation lead us to headaches and hearing problems.
Using a smartphone before going to bed
We all have become habitual of using phone before sleep which is damaging our health slowly. The artificial light at night impedes production of the melatonin hormone that maintains sleep and wakefulness. Also, low melatonin production can result in cancer, obesity, depression and fragile immune system.
Storing food in plastic containers
Experts are now restricting people from storing food in plastic containers because it has chemical substances, such as phthalate and bisphenol. If food being Stored in these containers for longer time such chemical may seep into it. Plus, consuming them is dangerous as it can impact on endocrine system.
Brushing your teeth right after eating
According to dentists one should brush teeth at least 30 minutes after eating anything. The highly acidic food or drink can have an effect on the enamel of the tooth and as well as on dentin a layer below it. Keeping on brushing can pushes the acid deeper and closer to the dentin. The process can turned out be more sensitive and damaging for the enamel.
Wearing tight jeans
Besides all the fashion or glamour thing, a tight jeans is not suitable as it constantly press on skin and nerve endings. These tight jeans are not only discomforting but can create nervous system related problems.
