WEB DESK: After completion of degree, all a person want, is a satisfying job and stable career. Many people start looking for work during their student life and some wait until they got the desired work. Besides everything, have you ever thought that your work may gain you weight ? Yes, there are some jobs which required to work while sitting all day, inappropriate meal timings and no time for workout. Hence, you gain weight.

Attorney

The stress and pressure are normal in such work. Most of the time anxiety makes a person eat more and he/she not remain able to count on calorie. Therefore, such practice lead towards gain in weight.

Social worker

Social workers have to perform many tasks and their work nature includes spending hours and hours in front of computer. Plus, due to their work demands, they hardly manage to go outdoor or gym for any activity.

Teaching is one those professions that demand tons of mental energy. They have to prepare syllabus, they have to do checking, grading and other administrative work. Hence, they too got little time for exercising.

Pleasing customers, planning and organizing trips, these agents have to do countless work along with maintaining sales targets. Moreover, their role makes them stressed easily which often leads towards eating at wrong timings or eating whatever is available.
