Pakistan's gains against terrorism 'breathtaking', says British Commander
Britain has eulogized the successes of Pakistan army in war against terrorism.
The appreciation came from Commander British Field Army Lieutenant General Patrick Nicholas Sanders, while speaking at an event held at Royal Military Academy, as part of 70th independence anniversary celebrations of Pakistan.
The British General said Pakistan has made breathtaking gains against terrorists and extremists in tribal areas which are unmatched in over 150 years and deserve credit.
Lt Gen Patrick Sanders said Pakistan Army is playing a very important role in the region.
The function was organized by World Congress of Overseas Pakistanis in collaboration with High Commission of Pakistan and Conservative Friends of Pakistan.-Radio Pakistan
