Here's how to get plenty of peaceful hours of sleep

WEB DESK: After a long and tiring day, all a person want is a peaceful continuous sleep for plenty of hours without any disturbance. 

Also, it is extremely frustrating if one cannot sleep properly as it left us tired the next day. There could be multiple reasons behind lack of sleep and here we have few of them:

Power Nap

Your naps must not be longer than 30 minutes if you take any during the day. Sleeping more in day time could be a reason behind lack of good night sleep.

Sleep and Relaxation

Do not fill your bedroom with unnecessary stuff and try to keep TV or laptops out of the room. Also, do some more effort and try to put your phone aside as well. Bedrooms are supposed to be a place for rest and relaxation only hence, it is better if you enter in just to get enough sleep.
