WEB DESK: Headache is worst ache whether it is for shorter or longer time. People, immediately take medicines to cure it, some go for home remedy too. Also, it happens when a caffeine addict does not take required amount of it. Besides this, there are numerous reasons behind it and some of them are really surprising which are given below. 

Allergies

These allergies are the main source of headaches as they can cause pressure in head and blockage of sinus. Headaches caused by allergy are often starts with itchy and watery eyes. It felt over face and head.

Sinus

Migraine

Migraines usually runs in the family, if a family has it there are chances that other members may experienced it too. The pain of migraine is usually felt on one side and is moderate to severe. It lasts from 4 to 72 hours. Also, people felt vomiting and nausea due to it. However, migraines are treated with medication and with biofeedback as well.

The most common headaches are caused by tension and usually felt on temples, at the back of head and down the neck. These vary from mild to severe and can be treated with aspirin or other painkillers. Tension headaches are caused by connective tissues and muscles in the neck and scalp. Temporomandibular Joint (TMJ)
